Bakewiz Bowl Egg-free Chocolate Cake

servingsThis cake is a moist chocolate cake prepared, miraculously enough, without eggs or butter. Despite the omissions, the cake tastes great. Make the ganache before making the cake. While it cools, prepare and bake the cake. When the cake is cooled the ganache will be ready to use.
Ingredients
- Cake
213g All -purpose flour
149g Sugar
21g Natural cocoa powder
¾ tsp/4g Baking soda
½ tsp/2g Table salt
75ml Vegetable oil/Canola Oil
15ml White vinegar
1 tsp/6ml Vanilla extract
250ml Water
- Chocolate Ganache
118ml Thickened Cream
113g Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate, chopped
Directions
- Step-by-Step Mixing Method
- Using a spoon, make 1 large and 2 small craters in the dry mix.
- Pour the vegetable oil into the large crater, then the vinegar and vanilla into the smaller craters. Pour the water over all the ingredients.
- Using a whisk or spatula, mix the batter, taking care not to overmix; the batter should still contain a few streaks of flour. Pour the batter into the baking pan and immediately put in the oven.
